For individual clients who prefer a pay-as-you-go model:
- Standard Remote IT Support: $45/15 minutes | $60/30 minutes | $90-125/hour
- Project-Based Work: $95-150/hour
- Maximum service call time: 2 hours for hardware, 1 hour for remote
- Hardware Repair/Swap minimum: $100 (ex. Swapping out a fan)
Small Business Project-Based Pricing
For small businesses:
- Computer Setup & Installation: $100-1,500 (based on amount of computers and estimated length of setup)
- IT Support and Troubleshooting: $300-1000
- Remote Management and Monitoring: $100-300 per user (depending on complexity)
- Hardware Repair/Swap minimum: $150
